The Bridgewater Police take numerous reports of burglaries to vehicles each year.  In almost every  incident, the vehicle was unlocked and parked in the victim's driveway or in front of the victim's home.  The burglar simply would walk up a street and check door handles to see if the vehicle was open.  If the vehicle was locked the burglar would move on.  The crime would never have taken place if the vehicle owner simply locked the doors. 

So please remember to LOCK YOUR DOORS!!!!
