48, Livingston was arrested for shoplifting $158 worth of jewelry at Lord &
Taylor.
Shoplifting- November 19,
2009 @1630 hours, Elisa Escalera 23, Queens, N.Y and Armando Vanegas 20, Sherman
Oaks, C.A.
were arrested for shoplifting $2911.90 worth of clothing at Abercrombie and
Fitch. They were also charged with receiving stolen property and possession of
burglar’s tools. Both subjects were
lodged in the Somerset County Jail.
DWI Arrest- November 21,
2009 @0135 hours, Melanie Mackie 34, Bedminster was arrested for DWI on Rt.
202/206. Mackie was charged with
DWI, careless driving and failure to maintain a lane.
Vehicle Burglary-
November 24, 2009 @ 1400 hours Kelly Scannell, Somerville was the victim of a vehicle
burglary which occurred at Houlihan’s Restaurant.
Unknown actors smashed the victims vehicle window and removed a Garmin
GPS unit valued at $300
DWI Arrest- November 24,
2009 @2325 hours, James Fitzsimmons 45, Bernardsville was arrested for DWI on Rt
28. Fitzsimmons was charged with
DWI and careless driving.
DWI Arrest- November 26,
2009 @ 2206 hours, Noe Santiago-Hernandez 28, Warren, Michigan
was arrested for DWI on Rt. 22 East. He
was charged with DWI, failure to maintain a lane, DWI with a minor in the
vehicle, and child restraints.
DWI Arrest- November 27,
2009 @0228 hours, Mathew Kandathil 39, Piscataway
was arrested for DWI on Rt. 202/206.
Kandathil was charged with DWI, speeding, failure to maintain a lane,
failure to signal and improper cell phone usage.
Shoplifting- November 27,
2009 @ 1335 hours, Stephen Fumando 38, Staten Island, N.Y.
was arrested for shoplifting $634.98 worth of merchandise from Macy’s.
Shoplifting Arrest – November 30, 2009 @ 1657 hours Karisha S.
Nelson 18, and Shakera A. Alston 26 both from
Plainfield
were arrested for shoplifting at Target.
Both individuals who were employees of Target under rang merchandise
valued at $878.45
Theft – November 30, 2009 @ 2015 hours unknown actors removed
electronic merchandise from Target valued at $2308.70
Theft – November 30, 2009 @ 2010 hours 3 unknown males entered
the Apple Store located at the Bridgewater Commons Mall and removed 7
iPhones valued at $3993
