Bridgewater, NJ - The Bridgewater Township Police Department Traffic Safety Bureau is investigating a motor vehicle crash that occurred on June 21nd 2023, at 11:58 p.m. The crash occurred on US Highway 22 westbound, at the intersection of the MetLife facility.
The vehicles involved in the crash were a 2018 Jeep Wrangler, operated by Charles Young of Somerset New Jersey, and a 2018 Nissan Rogue, operated by Wallace Wilder of Charlotte North Carolina.
Members of the Bradley Gardens Volunteer Rescue Squad and Robert Wood Johnson Hospital’s Paramedics also responded to the scene to render aid.
Young was pronounced deceased at the scene by Dr. Lira of Newark Beth Israel Medical Center.
