Bridgewater, NJ - On Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at 1555 hours, the Bridgewater Police Department responded to Traci Road between Marsillo Court and Williamson Court to investigate a motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrian. The operator of the vehicle was identified as 68 year old, Linda Yadlosky, of Raritan, New Jersey. Yadlosky was operating a 2012 IC school bus registered to the Bridgewater-Raritan Regional School District. The pedestrian was identified as a 12 year old juvenile male. The juvenile male had been dropped off, by Yadlosky, at the intersection of Traci Road and Marsillo Court. After being dropped off, the Juvenile male began running west on the sidewalk located on the north side of Traci Road. Yadlosky also traveled west on Traci Road toward her next bus stop. The Juvenile male then ran into the roadway and was struck by the school bus. The Juvenile male was transported to the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick.
The crash is still under investigation by the Bridgewater Township Police Department’s Traffic Safety Bureau.
